Request for issue of credit

This form is to be completed if you wish to request a credit from carsales.com Limited (carsales) for a product/charge that is listed on your carsales invoice and for which you believe you should not have been charged. To be considered for a credit you must complete and submit this form to carsales before the due date for payment specified on the relevant invoice, unless otherwise agreed by carsales. Your performance manager may contact you in regards to this request. The information required in this form can be found on your invoice. If you have a request for credit for multiple products/date periods, please submit a separate form for each product and/or date periods. Note: a request for credit does not guarantee that a credit will be issued and you acknowledge that it is at carsales’ absolute discretion to issue credit on a case by case basis.

For the avoidance of doubt, this document does not affect the rights and obligations of the parties under the Master Agreement and any Product and Services Schedules entered into by the parties.
